2013 Aston Martin DB9 - First Look

2013 Model DBS

The Aston Martin DB9 is undergoing a discreet series of improvements, aimed at enhancing the performance and design of this already alluring grand touring car. One of the biggest changes concerns the DB9’s 6.0-liter V-12 engine, which sees power jump by 40-bhp, from the previous car’s 470 bhp up to 510 bhp for the 2013 model year. Torque output sees a similar, though less dramatic, improvement from 443 to 457 lb.-ft. Aston estimates the DB9 2+2 coupe should be capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds. The sole transmission on offer is a Touchtronic 6-speed automatic with paddle-shifters.
